About Us

Zhongshan Yuhao Metal Products Co., Ltd.

Yuhao Metal, established in 2013,focusing on the custom of Plate-type radiator for transformers. It provides a one-stop professional service, from design and production to after-sales support, to power equipment companies around the world. The current annual output exceeds 5,000 tons.
The company relies on precision metal processing technology and a strict quality control system. Its products are characterized by high heat dissipation efficiency, stable structure, excellent sealing performance, and durability against corrosion. These products are suitable for various power equipment, including 10KV-500KV oil-immersed transformers, distribution transformers, and special transformers.
The surface treatment of the radiators uses a new type of Cathodic Electrophoretic Coating combined with automated powder  coating technology, leading industry innovation. The coating is uniform and has strong adhesion, with C5H-level corrosion resistance, allowing it to withstand harsh environments such as high altitudes, high dust, and coastal humidity for long periods.

Core Manufacturing Process

Streamlined Production of Heat Sinks

Radiator panel Fin Production

Advanced CNC automated production lines for radiator fins have been introduced, ensuring both high quality and high output. Customization is available for any dimensions within the three standard specifications of 310 mm, 480 mm, and 520 mm.

Precision Assembly and Measurement

Overall Assembly

Customized precision assembly equipment is used together with professional tooling and fixtures to complete the full assembly process. All semi-finished products must pass a strict quality control system to ensure they meet customer requirements.

3. Pressure Detection for Leak Prevention

Pressure Holding & Leak Testing

By simulating high-pressure special operating conditions, compressed air is injected into the internal chamber at a specified pressure. The system is then held under pressure while monitoring any pressure fluctuations to ensure stability, and to confirm there is no deformation or leakage.

Electrophoresis & Automated Spraying

Electrophoresis + Powder Coating

The surface treatment adopts a new cathodic electrophoretic coating process combined with automated powder spraying. The resulting coating is uniform, highly adhesive, and provides C5H-level corrosion resistance, enabling long-term performance in special environments such as high altitudes, heavy dust areas, and humid coastal regions.

Advantages of Electrophoretic Coating

Uniform Coating

Electrophoretic coating uses an electric field to achieve directional deposition, enabling the coating to evenly cover recessed areas on the workpiece surface and penetrate into gaps that are difficult for traditional spraying methods to reach, effectively eliminating coating blind spots. The coating thickness is controllable, with no brush marks or sagging.

Strong Adhesion

Cathodic electrophoretic coatings provide excellent corrosion resistance and strong adhesion, forming a firm bond with the metal substrate. This ensures long-term durability even in harsh environments such as high altitudes, heavy dust areas, and humid coastal regions.

Energy-Saving & Environmentally Friendly

The coating utilization rate can exceed 90%, significantly reducing waste and making it more environmentally friendly and cost-effective compared with traditional spraying methods. Water-based coatings are primarily used, resulting in VOC emissions far lower than those of solvent-based spray processes.

High Degree of Automation

It can be integrated with conveyor chains to achieve fully automated assembly line production. This reduces labor intensity, eliminates manual operation errors, improves production efficiency, and ensures stable quality, making it ideal for large-scale continuous manufacturing.
